I do have clients that prefer no/limited touch or a clothes on preference. No problem! I offer chair massage, reiki and clothes on gentle stretching services. We can also just focus on what's needed and yet most comfortable for you such as headache relief or TMJ relief....

**My schedule is subject to change as the seasons change/weather or access to the Brunswick YMCA building. I will reach out to you to reschedule if this happens. Please feel free to reach out to me if you are unable to make your appointment at best 24 hours in advance. Currently I do not have a cancellation fee, all due to my clients giving me advanced notice of needing to reschedule their appointment. I do have a waitlist, and the more time you give me, the more you help others get an appointment they need. I will post openings on the facebook feed as they come up, so if you are looking for a massage same day, please check my page to see if anything could work for you.
