Sometimes it’s easy to fall for that voice inside that says “I can’t”. Between three jobs, 2 kids, a house that I’m doing my best to maintain all on my own, I get it. That voice is powerful and persuasive. I fall for it at least once a week if not once a day. But then I also remember that “I can” and that that voice is not me. It’s that old fear based conditioning. And it’s not true. So keep going babes, because you got this!

I’ve always been a little panicky, a little anxious, a little glass is half empty kinda person by nature (or maybe it was the dashes of childhood trauma 🤷🏼‍♀️). But I’ve also been a lot resilient, resourceful, and, as I’ve grown into myself as a woman, I’ve also grown into the firm foundation that “I got this”, whatever it may be. Running a small business (ok 2 in my case) is tough, but it’s also fun, joyous, and rewarding. And I’m so grateful that I chose to take the chance on myself. Is there an opportunity you’ve been scared to try? Is there a door waiting to be opened by you? Maybe it’s time to bet on yourself and take the leap! 😉

Who knew shiny little boulders would become one of my passions?! It started with just one rock. Now…I’m so obsessed I use them as healing tools in my practice and even sell them 🙃
