❤️ WHEN TEAMWORK, TALENT & HEART COME TOGETHER…

Sometimes, being a hairstylist is about so much more than hair. It’s about helping someone feel like themselves again. ❤️

Recently, a client came to Esbi International Salon after spending time in the hospital. Ashley arrived with EEG adhesive/glue still in her hair, leaving her hair severely matted and tangled. She had her sister by her side for support who was amazing. She was understandably overwhelmed and worried about what could be saved.

But she trusted us. ❤️

What happened next was truly an ESBI TEAM effort.

✨ 11 hours of carefully working through the mats
✨ 7 team members rotating, assisting, encouraging, and supporting one another
✨ Patience, compassion, and a whole lot of determination
✨ And most importantly… we were able to save the majority of her hair.

The following day, our team spent another 3 hours working with her, and we added a beautiful set of extensions to help fill in the areas where hair had been lost.

This wasn’t about simply getting the tangles out.

It was about helping a woman who had been through a difficult experience feel comfortable, confident, beautiful, and like herself again. ❤️

We are incredibly proud of every single team member who stepped in to help. There was no “that’s not my client” mentality. Everyone jumped in, shared their skills, gave encouragement, and stayed committed until the job was done.

THAT is ESBI.
