We know you love your massages and never want to miss a session.

As cold and flu season approaches again, it’s important that you know when it may be necessary to cancel your appointment.


When you are sick, your body needs rest. Often if you have a massage when you are sick your symptoms worsen.

If you are sick chances are your massage therapist will get sick. Your massage therapist does not get paid if they miss work.

When your massage therapist is sick, we have to cancel clients and take a few days off work.

If you are questioning if you should cancel because of the way you are feel you probably should. We appreciate you understanding!

We ask for 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Clients who cancel on short notice, do not call, or do not show up* for their appointment will be charged for the cost of the scheduled appointment cost.**

* Your health and safety are most important to us! In cases of emergency, illness, and inclement weather please let us know as soon as possible, and an exception to this policy may be made.

**Please understand that this is because our practitioners are not salaried and may have turned away other paying clients in order to hold your appointment for you.
