I wanted to clarify the semantics of the new cancellation policy as I’ve run into an understandable misunderstanding regarding the policy.
It has been worded that there is a 24 and 48 hour cancellation policy of 50% of the base price of the service, and 100% the day of or a no call no show. I wanted to clarify that the time an appt is booked does not affect a cancellation fee being implemented that comes in the day before, or two days before the day an appt is scheduled. I’m glad this misunderstanding was brought to my attention as it is confusing!
From now on the wording is more specific stating any cancellation that’s comes in one or two days before the day an appt is scheduled is subject to a cancellation fee.
I will update everyone accordingly as I see them in the chair incase this post doesn’t reach everyone!

All services provided include a thorough, and thoughtful consultation. No price adjustments will be granted by omitting any service. Consultation fees noted for specialty services are deducted after booking, and when requested service is rendered.
There is a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for all appointments of 50% of the service base price. A no call/no show will be charged 100% of the service base price. 3 cancelled/rescheduled appointments will require a deposit of 50% of the service base price to schedule future appointments.

She decided that look wasn’t for her yet, and that she wanted to continue coloring as she wasn’t ready to see herself without color yet.
