All services provided include a thorough, and thoughtful consultation. No price adjustments will be granted by omitting any service. Consultation fees noted for specialty services are deducted after booking, and when requested service is rendered.
There is a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for all appointments of 50% of the service base price. A no call/no show will be charged 100% of the service base price. 3 cancelled/rescheduled appointments will require a deposit of 50% of the service base price to schedule future appointments.

“You’re never too old to become younger.”- Mae West This guest is full of s***k and spark! We discussed the ins and out in depth of her thoughts of going au natural a little over a year ago. She decided that look wasn’t for her yet, and that she wanted to continue coloring as she wasn’t ready to see herself without color yet. I had this vision hit randomly while I was driving a few months ago of her with a front halo of her natural color, and to discontinue highlighting! I could tell she was craving a change still. After a few months of thinking about it she was ready to go for it! We both couldn’t be happier with her new look!! Thanks for trusting me! This was such a fun transformation, and it’s as unique as she is!

Hi lovely Guests and friends! Recent haircut transformation pics because well I’m SO overdue in posting, and for attn. to the post!
My apologies but there may be some appts I will need to cancel in upcoming months. I am experiencing more intensive health challenges related to the surgery I had last January. I had to call 911 Monday morning, and spent all day yesterday in the ER as well. I have one high priority surgery scheduled soon to address the issue that’s landed me in the ER. I will be needing another surgery in the next 3 months-year depending on how this first one goes. I’ve become very anaemic and have not been able to work this week. I will be attempting to work abbreviated days tomorrow and Saturday. Please know I may not be able to get you in before our next scheduled appt if I have to cancel our appt. I truly apologize for the inconveniences, but you may need to seek services otherwise if this is the case. I can highly recommend any of my coworkers and will be happy to give you the front desk number if we run into this situation together. I know most of you understand that it’s just hair, and have been extremely supportive in past emergencies I have had to attend to. I also understand how challenging it is to be off of your normal routine. You know I’m great at playing book Tetris, and if I can get you in I will. There will be some situations however where I am unable to accommodate rescheduling. I appreciate you understanding in advance that I am only one person and I would never just cancel unless I had no other option, and that you may be left to wait until our next appt, or seek services with my coworkers in the interim. I wish I had more definitive information, but I wanted to just give people the heads up in advance as I navigate balancing my business with my health!
