Since the moment I learned about the devastating floods, I couldn’t help but to think how can I help?

As a mom this disaster hits home. Bella was away at church camp just a month ago & to think about all those kids…. My heart just aches. I couldn’t help but to ball my eyes out to seeing the outcome of it all. I definitely held her extra tight and felt full of gratitude to have her safely with me.

I just couldn’t imagine what these people have endured. The process of rebuilding not only physically but emotionally isn’t going to be easy by any means but I’d like to help.

I hope in by holding this drive we are able to contribute some hope & love into those affected by this all. I’m a firm believer in words and prayers followed by actions with pure intentions.

I hope to receive many notes even if the cards aren’t an option. Being kind to one another is something that is accessible by anyone, it’s a choice. I hope people choose to move with their hearts in the midst of this tragedy. Let’s show up for them. Let’s show them why there isn’t any other place like Texas.

Just the other day one of my clients brought up how long it had been since she began coming to me and it was just insane to think how many years have already gone by. 10yrs in & I still get butterflies as if it was my first day from pure excitement and satisfaction I get to be the reason to put a smile on y’all’s faces.🥹

& for today to be able to say I officially hit my 3rd year of being able to work around my child’s schedule is just unreal. If I get teary eyed or I’m already crying when you get to your appt they’re just happy tears of how grateful I am to have this opportunity.😭

A family that I can assure you that prays for success & no not for any quantity of $$ but to be able to provide for my child’s needs. To being able to do something I completely love is a blessing on top of being able to provide for her. Bella & I can’t thank you enough for this.🙏

I know I should of announced this a week ago but if I’m being completely honest social media hasn’t ever been one of my priorities. Being a good mom, running a business, taking care of my home, Bella, & my clients will always be my priority vs a platform. Bella & I were so sick last week so my main focus was for us to feel better. Thank you to all who reached out and even offered to help in any way possible, truly idk what I did to deserve you beautiful ppl.🥹 We are doing a lot better & hoping to feel even better this week.

I’m overwhelmed to announce that you all got me to the second round for the Insite Magazine A List nominations. The fact you all made this possible even tho I was only aware of it the last week that voting was even open, I simply have no words. You are all nothing but short of amazing.

I originally had been nominated for two categories which turned out to be what I assumed it was (bc I still wasn’t sure what the first one stood for). “Best of The Best” was indeed the best customer service category & “Best Waxing/Hair Removal Company”. I didn’t make it to the second round of Best of The Best but that’s okay bc my customer service will always be the best, that will never change. I did however make it for Best Hair Removal/Waxing service & I’m so incredibly humbled.

Good afternoon everyone! I hope your week is starting off good even with this weather (I’m anemic so I’m dying 🫠.)

I wanted to share some exciting news that I was just made aware of thanks to a sweet client of mine. I have been nominated for The Insite A List 2023 magazine of B/CS. I actually had no idea what it was until I looked it up. It’s a local magazine that highlights local businesses for their services/work every year among general info about B/CS.

& since I suck at being on social media I of course found out the last week that nominations are open. My client was like “Belinda wtf, how did you not know?😂” Whoops.😅 Nominations are to narrow down who will be able to move forward to the actual voting that begins 4/10. Only the top 10 will advance & you can actually nominate daily until it’s closed.

I have been nominated for not one but two different categories and I’m just so incredibly thankful.🙏 I’ve been nominated for Best of the Best 🥹 category which I believe if I’m correct stands for Best Customer Service. The second category I’ve been nominated in is Best Waxing/Hair Removal Company 😭 which is under Personal Services.

These nominations mean more than you know to me. I have never been one to want or need a title in anything in life to feel special. I feel the love and appreciation from my clients every single day I’m servicing them by our interactions. These nominations mean something to be bc of you all, you see the love and hard work I put into not only you, your services, but my own little business. Crying as I’m typing this, but we did it! WE made it to my second anniversary of having my own small business! (I know, I can’t believe how fast time goes either) & it’s all thanks to YOU! I believe in giving ppl their flowers to show not only what they mean to me but to give you the acknowledgement you all deserve. I wouldn’t even be able to say this if you all didn’t take a shot in me & support to what seemed as a wild goal of me to set out for myself.

So many things have happened within the last year. Good & bad but throughout it all you have been a vital part of my life.
