About Us:
At Signature Cuts, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch grooming services in a friendly and professional environment. We seek a dynamic and experienced Barber Shop Manager to join our team. This unique role combines hands-on barbering with essential managerial duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Barbering: Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to our valued clients.
Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of barbers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Supply Management: Order and maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring the shop is well-stocked at all times.
Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Shop Maintenance: Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team, providing access to media and contributing ideas to promote the shop.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a barber with a valid state barber license.
Previous management or supervisory experience in a barber shop or similar environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Knowledge of inventory management and ordering supplies.
Marketing experience is a plus.
