To help us give every single guest the time, attention, and care they deserve, we wanted to gently remind everyone of our check-in process:

Since we don’t have a waiting area and keep our doors locked for safety, we kindly ask that you wait in your vehicle until your stylist is ready to greet you. When clients arrive too early and come to the door, it can interrupt the time we’re spending with someone else and throw off the flow of the day.

We promise—this small act of patience helps us give you (and everyone else) the best experience possible.
