First, thank you all for your continued love and support. Because of you, my schedule stays busy, and I truly appreciate every single appointment you book with me! 💕

To better protect my time and ensure I can continue providing the best service to all of my clients, I will be updating my cancellation policy effective immediately.
• 48–24 hours' notice: $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee
• Less than 24 hours' notice: $25 cancellation fee + 50% of your scheduled service
• No-shows: $25 cancellation fee + 100% of your scheduled service

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to fill those appointment times, and they directly impact my small business.
