WE NEED YOUR SHOES!!
DogsHome Rescue is holding their annual shoe drive. Go through your closets and find gently worn or new shoes — any size, any occasion. Even boots and slippers! It’s the perfect way to recycle your shoes for a good cause. Your shoes will help not only homeless dogs, but people desperately trying to earn a living in developing countries.
The Shear Touch and the Bryn Mawr Rotary Club are working together to collect shoes in the Bryn Mawr area for DogsHome. Feel free to drop off your shoes at the Shear Touch 855 Lancaster Avenue or at the Rotary’s weekly meeting at Gullifty’s, 11 am on Thursdays.

The Shear Touch, as part of the Pennsylvania Adopt-a-highway program, has maintained a 2 mile stretch of N. Robert’s Road in Bryn Mawr, for over 20 years.
In honor of Earth Day, and always looking for a way to roll up their sleeves and be active in our community, the Bryn Mawr Rotary Club has volunteered to join in with the Shear Touch for the spring clean-up of N. Roberts Road.
The Shear Touch and Bryn Mawr Rotary Club will be out there this Sunday, April 18th. If you see us, beep and wave!
