Some of the new girls we got recently. Not silkie... but still pretty and super sweet. They've been laying on a few eggs so I can't wait to meet their littles!

All these eggs went in the trash 😢 😭
So our whole flock is on antibiotics. The recent rain and flooding has gotten to them so unfortunately this whole bowl of eggs has to be tossed out 😞

I've been debating on whether to post this or not... but... cattle panels and a buck during rut don't mix well...
Live and learn.
She seemed just as surprised as I was to see an egg on the steps... 😆
This is definitely not where we lay eggs my dear... eggs go in the coop. Thank hou very much.

Our girls are laying again! This time we have an array of colors 🐔 🐥 🥚
Too bad all I can do is look at them. Food allergies suck. I miss eating eggs.

I'm planning another scavenger hunt!
Temps are finally dropping (thank God!)... so that means it's almost scavenger hunt time.
I'm planning a few different areas. Dropping ideas below of where we should hide soaps in the West Valley (Buckeye, Surprise, Wittmann and in between).
