The Suite Salon Cancellation Policy

At The Suite, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to your appointment. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy:

🔸Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of at least 50% of your appointment.

No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full amount of that missed appointment.

🔸 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. This ensures we stay on time for other clients.

In some cases, a late arrival may be treated as a no-show and subject to the applicable fee.

🔸 Group Bookings or Special Services

For group bookings or services requiring extended time (e.g., color corrections, bridal packages), we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

🔸 Why This Policy?

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedule and prevent other clients from receiving services. Our policy is in place to protect the time and livelihood of all of us a The Suite, and the ensure fairness to all clients.
