I used a blend of my clear, sweat resistant solution & a violet based rapid solution that she left on for 2 1/2 hours for a custom color match that suited her skin tone. 🎨

How to Exfoliate Like a Spray Tan Artist 👩‍🎨
Spray tans work by DHA interacting with the top layer of your skin…so the smoother that surface, the better your results. A good exfoliation routine helps your tan apply evenly and fade off gracefully 🌿

✅ DO:
🚿 Take a 5–10 min steamy shower to soften your skin (no soap yet!)
🧤 Exfoliate with a mitt using long, upward strokes on product-free skin
🧂 Use oil-free scrubs like salt, sugar, or coffee for extra smoothing
🌬️ Try dry brushing before your shower — it boosts circulation and exfoliates
💧 Moisturize daily after exfoliating to keep your glow hydrated and soft

🚫 DON’T:
🧽 Rely on loofahs or washcloths — they don’t remove enough dead skin
🛢️ Use oil-based scrubs — they leave residue that blocks tan absorption
🧼 Exfoliate with soap or lotions on your skin
🧴 Apply lotion, oils, or deodorant the day of your tan
