As most people already know, my 4 year old Beau is a type 1 diabetic.. over this last 11 months we’ve ran into lots of additional obstacles. Beau is now on medical leave from school until we can get these things situated..
In addition.. with Trevor being gone at the police academy childcare for our 7 month old twins has been VERY challenging - along with being present & supporting my oldest Dax!

So I unfortunately have no choice but to go on leave myself..

The time frame is uncertain (I’m currently working with insurance to get him approved for the devices needed). I LOVE my clients & my career.. but my family needs me!

I will be trying to reach out to clients in between everything.. but I’m sorry for the inconvenience & will update everyone in the coming weeks of my exact return date! 💜

I just wanted to give a few updates that may answer a few questions!

✨ YES, my house/salon is for sale!
✨ NO, I am not getting done hair! 😃
✨ YES, I’ll still be working in Bucksport!! 💜💛

It’s just time for my home life + salon life to be separated! “Working from home is great, until it’s not” IYKYK!!

☀️I will announce the new location when the time comes, so for now please continue to come to THIS location! ☀️

Also note, from now- the end of the year im going to be in the salon only a Handful of days a week, & will unfortunately have little to no flexibility.. Trevor will be gone for 18 of those weeks! 🥲 So just know if I dont have a date or time you need, Im trying but It may just not be a thing for a bit! 😅

With it all… we are still so excited for new beginnings, summer vacation & jammed packed schedules! 🆘 😅🤣

I’ve been receiving lots of messages to get in the books! Which is amazing!! 💖 I’ll be continuing to get back to every message over the next few days! Im soaking up as many baby snuggles as I can!

As most of you know I’ve been out of work having our twins girls! ✨ Emerie + Shay ✨ .. with that being said the end of the pregnancy was a bit harder than anticipated so I went out a few weeks early.. so I’ll be returning a few weeks early also! But with Trevor’s 4 on 4 off schedule, along with the convenience of the location of the salon, it will be a nice & smooth transition back!! I will only being working a few days a week over the next few weeks to start!

💖 so if you are looking to get back in the books a bit earlier send me a message! I will be focusing on responding to the messages during the middle of the week next week, so I can enjoy these moments home with the girls, boys & Trevor 💖

As many of you know my delivery date is upon us, & with all the sickness that had taken over my house the last month 1/2.. we had got hit pretty hard! So it’s not been an easy decision, & I’m still trying to organize it.. but next week is believed to be my last week in salon until after the babies are here!
If you have an appointment in the books, I’ll be reaching out as quickly as I can if anything has to change. If you aren’t in the books but are wanting to, I will have you added to a cancellation list & I will try to do the best I can! 🖤

EDIT: Thank you sooo much for all the kind words & all the offers on readers & resources! We had been approved for the reader, so we will be receiving one.. it just takes 75 years to get things along with being in the right hands of the right people.. & he would have had to wait longer to get his monitor on had I not had the option of my phone! 😬

GOOD NEWS! As a lot of you know my youngest Beau was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes right after Thanksgiving.. well today he got his BG monitor!!! Which is amazing…

BAD NEWS is due to insurance + Walgreens being the worst he was unable to get a reader.. soooo I had to unexpectedly attach my phone to his monitor that has to stay with him at all times. So I had to get a new number 🫠
