Travis Macy is a professional endurance athlete, coach, and author of “The Ultra Mindset” and “A Mile at a Time.” He’s finished over 130 ultra-endurance events across 17 countries and won the Lead Challenge Series, one of the most demanding endurance events in the sport. His work centers on what carries people through — in racing, and in life.

Anthony Duricy of Valtina Health & Wellness is a Reiki Master and mindfulness coach with over 20 years of practice. He began working with athletes and coaches, later adding clients navigating anxiety and depression. Anthony’s work combines breath, movement, and energy work — bringing awareness into the body as much as the mind.

About Dr. Kelsey

Dr. Kelsey Kuehn, PT, DPT, CSCS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and strength and conditioning specialist with a background in powerlifting and CrossFit, helping athletes and everyday movers alike train smarter, recover fully, and prevent injury.

From 2020 to 2025, she traveled as team physiotherapist for the Guam Football Association’s women’s national team, supporting athletes through multiple regional championships. She also specializes in pelvic floor and women’s health, with a focus on training through pregnancy and postpartum.

TerraForm Sessions is about bringing people together through intimate live music in a setting that allows us to genuinely connect—with the artists, the river, and one another.
