♡ what really makes a cup of tea 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 is the intention YOU put in & the unique dialogue between you & the herbs

♡ hot vs. cold infusions can be a bit nuanced ~ if you're unsure, you can always look into the specific herb(s) you're using ~or~ trust your body's intuitive knowing of what you need!

♡ don't have an electric kettle? no stress! the temperature doesn't have to be exact, just aim for *under* boiling for leaves + flowers!
