Meet Christina of The Studio at CV & Co. 💫

Christina has been helping people reconnect with and trust the wisdom of their bodies since 2009 through massage therapy, yoga, somatic bodywork, and her unique Body Language Method.

As a trauma-informed licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor, and somatic bodyworker, Christina’s work is rooted in creating space for deep, lasting healing — and helping people listen to what their bodies are telling them.

But what we love most about Christina is the person behind the work. She is guided by creativity and curiosity and says that, at this stage of her life, she’s returned to a sense of childlike wonder — something that is bringing her so much joy. ✨

She’s walked through many a fire and come out transformed each time, and she draws inspiration from stories and myths centered around the hero’s journey. Her “Follow Your Bliss” tattoo, inspired by Joseph Campbell, serves as a daily reminder of that journey.
Christina loves to dance, move, sing, laugh, create, and surround herself with the family and friends who sustain and inspire her every day. 🤍
