I made a raw vegan pad thai for dinner tonight. It's so full of flavor and aroma and life. Raw vegan is not my lifestyle 100%, but it's a priority and a majority of what i consume is raw vegan just because it's what works best for me. I encourage you to at least give it a try. I've tried the other ways of eating and they just weren't for me, and the cancer grew on those other diets and shrunk on the raw vegan. I feel health returning to every part of me and I'm grateful. God is good.

God blesses us with everything we need and more. We are made new when we invite Jesus in to Lord over our lives. We no longer live in our sinful nature, but by the spirit He puts in us. To transform our hearts and minds, we need to know Him by reading scripture. This is an amazing privilege that too many people are unaware of. Spread the good word. Be healed by His spirit and bring heaven to earth. He set it up so that we are able, for His Glory.
Our God loves us.

Heavy metal detox protocol.

We're surrounded by heavy metals, and most people have no idea that we are and about the horrible effects they have on our health.

They affect us mentally, emotionally, and physically, in very serious ways.

Far infrared saunas are an amazing way to help flush out all sorts of toxins, including heavy metals.

If you're looking to feel more clear-headed, have more energy, prevent brain deterioration, have better skin, and get rid of pain and inflammation and cellulite, you must detox these elements from the body.

I recommend half an hour far infrared saunas at least 3 times a week. I go to in Kenmore, NY.

Drink plenty of water and take binders such as Bentonite Clay or Activated Charcoal.

This is one of the best things you can do for your health.

Day 4 of water fast. πŸ’§

I stopped the fast 91 hours in today. I listened to my body, and it wasn't ready to go further. My mind was set on going at least 5 days, up to 10 or 11, but my body isn't prepared for it. I'll work my way up to it. However, that may be.

I was and am moody. My heart was pounding so hard it made me feel panicky when I wasn't. 🩺 I personally think I'm cleansing the horrible radiation from so many images I've gotten since June of 2021, up until June of 2024. 3 years of it, and so much of it. I'll eventually gather documents and see how much I actually have had.

I broke my fast with a tablespoon of olive oil and the fresh juice of half of a lime that my son served me. πŸ«’πŸ‹

And then he made me a salad about 45 minutes later, and I was grateful but not happy that the first thing I ate in 4 days was Franks Red Hot🌢 with some greens, πŸ₯— carrots, and pumpkin seeds. My mouth was on fire, but surprisingly, my stomach handled it amazingly. πŸ’ͺ

15 minutes after that, I had a granny apple with almond butter, and my stomach was still fine.

I am very impressed and so thankful that this fast must've healed my stomach. I know there's more healing to be done, but I'm happy with the progress. πŸ˜ŠπŸ™

I don't know if I mentioned that I had an ulcer and H. Pylori in 2021 as well, and it was horrible. I have wondered if I still deal with it, but I'm feeling more assured now that even if I was and am, I'm healing. πŸ™Œ

I'm telling you, water fasting is one of the best things you can do for your health. πŸ’§β˜οΈ

Day 3 of my water fast. πŸ’§

I'm feeling okay. I feel some burning in my digestive system. πŸ”₯

I decided to get back on one of my favorite detox regiments - Organic Psyllium Husk and Bentonite Clay. It's really important that the psyllium be organic, by the way.

What this combination does is sweep the intestines and bind toxins and heavy metals. It's an efficient way to cleanse. Efficiency is important when you have so much to do in your journey to health. πŸ’ͺ

Besides getting rid of cancer, I'm on a mission to detox gadolinium, which is the heavy metal contrast they inject you with during an MRI ☒️

I feel the effects of it, and it's kind of scary.

I'm also hoping to regain a normal sense of smell; πŸ‘ƒ although it's always been heightened, I'm just hoping that things will start to smell how they smell to most people. Blame covid for that.

I'm excited to regain my health and life. But more than that, I'm excited to be improving my spiritual life and health, walking hand in hand with my Lord and savior, Jesus Christ. βœοΈπŸ™

Day 2 of my water fast. πŸ’§ I'm praying for answers and for cancer to be gone, in Jesus's name ✝️☝️

Fasting is one of the best things to do to cure any illness and to hear God's voice more clearly.

This has been a very real and intense journey for me - mostly behind the scenes. If you live with a diagnosis and are opting out of conventional treatment, I know you get it.

I also believe that the images I got: MRI's- with and without contrast, PET scans- with and without contrast, CT scans, many mammograms, and biopsies have not only made weakened my immune system to fight the cancer, they have also caused damage and other issues in my body. I'm working hard to be cancer free once and for all. The tumor area already feels better on day 2.
I'm also drinking lemon water, lime water, carbonated water, LMNT electrolyte drink, shilajit, and other herbal teas. 🍡 I'm giving myself coffee enemas, and I plan to continue to work out starting on day 3 when I regain some energy by starting to burn ketones.
Day 1 was tough because I think I'm also fighting a virus. But my mind and spirit are made up. The Holy Spirit will guide me and give me the strength to endure. πŸ’ͺ Having peace of mind makes this so worth the battle and journey. And drawing more near to Jesus is worth every battle. He makes our paths straight and gives order to chaos. πŸ’“
