My hair looks so much better after using the NYR hair treatment. The ends don't feel so dry and brittle.

Haven't posted in a little...a lot has been happening but today was a good day to pull out the hair treatment and let it soak for half hour while I'm on the bike then a nice long hot shower with Women's Balance shower oil and give my face a nice and gentle cleanse.

I am proud to celebrate Asian American Pacific Islanders who have, are, and will continue to contribute to the diverse fabric that makes this country great. As we recognize AAPIs, let us extend this acknowledgement to our colleagues, friends, brothers, and sisters of all ethnicities, identities, heritages, and races and not just in the month of May but all year long.

There was a horrific event this past weekend at a grocery store only a couple of miles from me. It is yet another reminder of the divisiveness, hatred, and racism that exist in our society today. I hope we will do our part, no matter how big or small, to heal and honor and celebrate each other.

The invention of the gift bag is a dream come true for many of us. It's so convenient!! But have you noticed that, just as we rush to buy the present and throw it in a bag, the opening of the gift is equally hurried?

For this Mother's Day, I'd like for us to pause. Let's take a breath and think about mom... like really think about her as a person.
