Please do not wait until 10 minutes before your appointment to cancel. When that happens, it takes away a spot from someone else who could have filled that time and it shows a lack of respect for my time and my business.
As a very busy woman running both a barbershop and a baking business, my schedule stays full and every appointment matters.
If the last-minute cancellations continue, I will unfortunately have to start requiring deposits for barber appointments to secure your spot.
