Hello friends!
-Phase 2 has started for some regions. WNY could be included as early as next week.
-Massage Therapy was not identified in Phase 2 and in the Governor's press conference.
-To summarize, currently, MT services remain prohibited. Massage therapy is still not recognized in any phase and currently does not have specific guidelines.
That being said for those that have been inquiring on when I will be opening my doors, that is still uncertain.
Hang tight. Well.. as your LMT.. I actually want you to “stay loose” and I will keep you updated.

Working remotely? Don't forget to take a break and stretch! 05/12/2020

How’s everyone doing?!
I know many of you are working from home. Sometimes it’s hard to set structured boundaries while sitting at your own desk. Don’t forget to take breaks! Get up.. get the blood moving in your limbs. Take the time to stretch. Open up your hips and reverse that curve we close into while sitting.
Here are just a few quick stretches to get you started!
Take care of yourself until I can!

I miss my office.
I have been doing massage full time for 17+years. I don’t take time off unless it’s for adventures!!
So this has been a challenge to sit idle.
(As you all can relate)
It’s also allowing me to recharge and feel grateful to be able to work for myself, to be able to have a career that gives back and that I love.
I cant wait to see you on my table soon!

Doing a little self care. Goal is to treat muscular imbalances that already have been occurring in my body.
Today it’s Levator Scapulae & Rhomboid major.
Using cuppings negative pressure to bring blood flow to the restricted area and pain relief.
My dominate (right)side is raised and I have slight winged scapula, and left side shoulder restrictions.
With regular massage, strength training and yogic stretching I plan on climbing mountains in my 70s!
Self care needs to be part of your PREVENTATIVE wellness plan.
