After 51 years in business, my dear wife Sharon has retired. Now she can spend most of her time at home. She deserves it!

TODAY IS SAD DAY AS THIS IS MY LAST DAY IN BUSINESS! WE ARE CLOSING OUR DOORS FOREVER,

I wish to thank all of my beloved and loyal customers both present and past. I will miss you all. I also hold a special place in my heart for all of you who have left us. Hopefully you have all found a place in heaven!

The decision to close was not an easy one, but many things came into play. Namely, this terrible COVID-19, the lockdown ordered by Governor Cuomo, my many customers who have moved outside the Lovejoy neighborhood and sadly the passing of many made it tough to continue. Other issues came up such as a landlord who would not work with me to stay open and of course myself getting up there in age also added to my decision.

I will miss going in and seeing many people from the neighborhood, but on a brighter note, I still plan on doing hair by making house calls. Please call me for an appointment. I will keep my shop phone number active for awhile. That number is 716-895-7618.
