🦴💭 quick rant…

I feel like physical therapy gets thrown at me every single time I talk about chronic pain

and don’t get me wrong — there are SO many situations where PT is helpful and even necessary

but in my case… I found out my bones are literally shaped abnormally, and that’s not something PT can fix

if anything, pushing through certain movements was actually making things worse on those joints

I guess my point is… not everything has a one-size-fits-all solution, and sometimes there are deeper things going on that need to be looked at

just sharing my experience because I know I can’t be the only one who’s felt this way 💭
