It can be hard to explain and understand if you aren't already part of this world, but we hope you give it a try anyway. At the very least you'll leave feeling so dang relaxed.

One of Donna's clients shared with us her experience - "There was a hot heat that felt like a lamp was being held to the left side of my neck. It grew over my shoulder and reached the top of my head, and stayed like that for a good hour after our session ended. Donna also let me know she felt a lot of tense energy around the crown of my head. When she asked me if I had been ruminating over things, I knew exactly what she was talking about as I had been struggling with some big thoughts and feelings. We were able to talk through them. I think the fact that they showed themselves to her and me in that way made me acknowledge them and finally take them seriously. I was skeptical about all of this, but I would definitely do it again."
