Just a quick update so there’s no confusion…

I manage multiple pages between my massage business, nonprofit, and events—but moving forward, everything related to Massage Is Life will live on my main business page. Angela Jessie, LMT/Massage is Life, LLC

That includes:
✨ In-office massage sessions
✨ Mobile services through Inclusion Wellness
✨ Comfort Care & Recovery services (bedside, hospital, and more advanced care)

My mobile services are simply a branch of Massage Is Life, so it will be much easier to manage everything in one place instead of spreading it across multiple pages.

If it has anything to do with the work I do as a massage therapist—it’s going there.

This will keep everything more organized, easier to find, and make sure you’re not missing important updates, availability, or new offerings.

With permission from mom, I wanted to share a glimpse into real-time moments with one of the amazing kiddos I’ve worked with.

Some days looked like this.
Other days looked like a 20-minute session that only lasted 10 minutes.
Sometimes we were on the floor, in a beanbag, or on his bed with headphones and an iPad — whatever worked best for him.

It wasn’t just about the massage. It was about communication, trust-building, and creating a safe space where he could let me know:
• “I’m done for today.”
• “I don’t like how that oil feels.”
• “This is how I’m most comfortable.”

It also meant learning to communicate with him in the way that made sense for him — not expecting him to adjust to me, but me adjusting to him.

This is why the in-person consultation is a required part of Inclusion Wellness services.
It gives me the opportunity to meet each client where they are — physically, emotionally, and neurologically — so I can create an individualized care plan that truly fits their needs.

Not every session needs to be 60 minutes. Sometimes, a short, focused 20-minute session is just right — and even that might only last 10 minutes. And that’s okay. Booking more than necessary can be overwhelming and, honestly, a waste of time and money.

Inclusion Wellness WNY was created with this kind of care in mind.
It’s more than massage.
It’s trust.
It’s flexibility.
It’s intention.

Inclusion Wellness WNY wasn’t created just to have something else to offer — it was built from experience, purpose, and passion.

Before becoming a licensed massage therapist, I spent years working in this field — in group homes, schools, day habs, and behavioral settings. I’ve seen firsthand how underserved this community is, especially when it comes to wellness options that many of us can just get up and go access without a second thought.

Over the years, I’ve quietly worked with a few families to provide massage therapy tailored to children and adults with different abilities. And when it became clear that it was time for me to pivot in my business, I knew I didn’t just want to add on a service — I wanted to build something with its own identity, rooted in care and understanding.

Inclusion Wellness WNY was born from that vision — to create a space (and service) where individuals with different abilities have access to thoughtful, safe, and supportive massage therapy designed just for them.

Hello, the schedule is a little hectic currently but I still have ability as I transition out of full time for my in-office practice. I’m getting a lot of inquiries and I encourage all to read the information at inclusionwellnesswny.com it’s a lot but explains a lot as well. I will be capping off at 50 new clients for my mobile services combined. For Inclusion Wellness I encourage you to get your mandatory in-person consultations booked so you can gain access to booking services. If you are outside the service area I am willing to accommodate within reason with an additional travel fee. I look forward to working with many of you and your families.

📢 Inclusion Wellness Booking Update 💙💜

The Inclusion Wellness WNY booking site will remain down for another week as I work on integrating it into the Massage Is Life booking system. While setting everything up, I ran into some minor issues that I want to iron out to ensure the booking process is as seamless as possible for both you and me.

Running two businesses, with one being mobile and having different policies, comes with its challenges—but I want to make sure everything runs smoothly before reopening bookings. And if you know me, you know I’m a perfectionist—so I need it to be on point!

📢 Important Update: Inclusion Wellness Booking System

Hello everyone,

Our booking site will be temporarily down for a few days as we work on logistics. As many of you know, I also operate Massage is Life, LLC for my in-office clients. Initially, I set up a separate booking account for Inclusion Wellness, but after careful consideration, I’ve realized that managing two separate accounts could lead to scheduling conflicts as my clientele grows.

To maintain the integrity of my business and ensure a seamless booking experience, I am working on integrating Inclusion Wellness into the Massage is Life booking system. This transition will help prevent any potential double bookings and streamline scheduling across both services. Thankfully, the software has features that will allow me to make this adjustment effectively.
