Appointment Coordinator/Support Staff Responsibilities:
● Manage the team calendar and coordinate appointments
● Greet patients and process payments
● Answer phone calls and e-mails, make phone calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments
● Light housekeeping (must be able to climb stairs)
● Other miscellaneous office duties
● Flexible Schedule – including some evenings and Saturdays
Professional skills:
● Phone etiquette
● Computer literate
● Able to work on a team
● Able to maintain composure and solve problems with unusual or difficult circumstances
