HYDRATE: Drink plenty of water before your appointment. Wax has a higher chance of sticking and injuring dry, dehydrated skin.
EXFOLIATE: Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment to remove any dead skin and your hair gets picked up easier.
TAKE TYLENOL: Take Tylenol (not ibuprofen) 30 minutes before your appointment to help alleviate some discomfort.
