Active trigger points cause pain spontaneously and often Elicit twitch when touched . A latent trigger points may not cause pain but can still cause stiffness and weakness.

I do massage therapy with Suhani’s entire family. I starter doimg body work on her dad, first just for 10 years also☺️ and now we still Feel like we’re in our 30’s lol ! Tj is one of my greatest cleints for a decade now. Then he started bringing in his wife then his kids, grandma and grandpa and Suhani’s uncle and Aunt and cousins . Her brother Eshan and cousin Shrey play Tennis in Buford Highschool as welll and
They’re all part of the varsity team .They started playing since they were little and their parents would bring them over for MT up until now that they’re in their teen age years . I’ve seen them grow and it’s amazing how far they’ve come .❤️

I can be very spontaneous sometimes whenever I do body work , I just don’t do massage but I love incorporating other modalities such as cupping , Graston, and some Thai stretching and compressions .

Pay attention to your Achilles , it’s one of ten hardest to get injured and it’s a long recovery too. Tell you MT to include that too !

Working on the peroneal muscles and this time I’m using my elbow . I do love to elbow muscles sometimes 😝 it’s definitely a deep body work , it’s uncomfortable but once it’s done , my clients always say … they feel looser!❤️
