Cancelation & No show policy

We understand that life happens and appointments sometimes need to be changed. We kindly ask that you respect our time and the time of other guests by providing as much notice as possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48-24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact the salon, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full service amount may be charged.
If you are sick please contact your stylist.
Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule your appointment so we can stay on schedule for other guests. A cancellation fee may apply.

Repeated Cancellations & No-Shows

Guests who repeatedly cancel late, reschedule, or miss appointments may be required to provide a deposit or full prepayment before future appointments can be booked.

Deposits

Any required deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits may be non-refundable when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside of the cancellation policy.
