One of the most important steps in every facial I perform is opening the lymphatic pathways.
For the first 8–10 minutes of your treatment, I use slow, intentional lymphatic movements, repeating each technique 10–20 times to help encourage healthy lymphatic flow and drainage.
This gentle process helps prepare the skin for the rest of the facial, supports circulation, reduces puffiness, and promotes overall skin health.
