Cheers to a new year, friends! Every New Year’s Day, I map out 12 months of business. I Love January 1st because it feels like a fresh start.
What about you? How do you spend New Year’s Day?

This week I’ve spent some time reflecting this year . Thinking about how we are starting a new decade . I wrote an intentions list . That way It is what I wanted my year to be , and not pressure to do /achieve certain goals from the get go. Things like meal prep , Daily mediation, travel more , and doing more things outside like hiking , biking ect. I wrote down some business goals and things to let go . It feels so good to reflect and know where I’ve been and where I want to go . I’m proud of all I have accomplished this past year and the transformation in 2019 and look forward to a New year . Bring on 2020!
Do you set New Years resolutions or intentions ?

Some great deals starting Black Friday and business Saturday. Message for more information .
