We’ve been flocked! I bet standing on one leg all day is exhausting, so 605 & Co. is helping them relax a little before they take off to Busy Bees Day Care

Please bear with us in June & July! Although the softball schedule is set in advance, just like many of my appointments, game times and locations occasionally change. I will do my best to reschedule appointments that are affected- apologies in advance!

Tis the season for Continuing Education. Today, I am securing 1 hr of education by watching an Online course by Allison Denny (my favorite instructor). In this course “A detailed approach to neck pain” she mentions her own experience with pain and how a simple tennis ball+ the floor + and slow arm movement can alleviate a lot of that pain. I wanted to point this out as this is often what I recommend to my clients PLUS it’s cheap and easily available.. If you have shoulder or neck pain, I hope you will try it out sometime 😎

Hi all! I have been MIA for a while, but for good reason as you can see. 😎 as we round the corner to summer, here are some upcoming changes happening @ 605…
🔹 starting in June, I will be helping teach massage therapy classes… I’m very excited to help mold a new group of therapists 🔹at the end of July, my family and I will be welcoming a baby boy…. I hope to start taking appointments again middle of October 🔹the shop continues to get new items regularly and is open when I’m open for appointments Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.

Things that have stayed the same… 🔸I am still taking clients and plan to work right up until my due date 🔸my hair is still as curly as ever but growing by the minute thanks to prenatals 🔸I still enjoy my Mighty Mo Beachin’ Americano

Rainy days remind me of slower times. After (& sometimes before) a storm, my dad would want to go on drives. We would drive out to the golf course, down gravel roads, on the highway making our way halfway to Gregory before we turned around, all with the windows rolled down taking in that earthy, fresh smell of rain. So, go outside, take a deep breathe, and remember to slow down 💙🧢🌈

I’m never upset on evenings spent on the shop when I get sunsets like this!
