With more than 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Alicia Shankle is a passionate, dedicated hairstylist and cosmetology educator who has built her career around helping people look and feel their very best.
Alicia began her professional cosmetology journey after graduating from Ogle School in Fort Worth in 2001 and earning her Texas Cosmetology License. Over the years, she has continued to grow as a Master Stylist, providing clients with professional haircuts, color, highlights, blowouts, styling, and personalized hair-care services.
Her love for the beauty industry extends beyond the salon chair. Alicia also brings her years of hands-on experience into the classroom as a Cosmetology Instructor, where she enjoys teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals. She is passionate about helping students develop their technical skills, confidence, professionalism, and preparation for their cosmetology careers.
Alicia believes hairstyling is more than just a service—it is about building confidence, creating relationships, and helping every client feel beautiful and empowered. Her dedication to her craft, clients, and students continues to inspire her as she grows in her career.
