Made from my Yaya’s recipe — the same one that perfumed her kitchen every Easter and somehow disappeared faster than we could line them up on the tray.

Soft in the center. Lightly crisp on the outside. Just sweet enough to whisper “coffee, please.” ☕️

And yes… we absolutely used to sneak bites of the dough when Yaya wasn’t looking. Some traditions are sacred.

Quilt top completed! I'm calling it "My Garden Path".

Making plans for my next quilt! I think the top two will be for the quilt top, the solid will be the edge binding and the pink will be the backing. The wheels are turning!

Good morning!

Took a break from cleaning the garage and visited the FW Botanic Gardens. Japanese Garden was so peaceful. ❤️

Its time to clean out the garage. Perfect weather! It took most of the day and I am pooped! This is the BEFORE picture!
