from year 30…im no particular order 🩶

-Ignoring my intuition
-Staying where I’m not valued
-Outgrowing versions of myself that no longer fit
-overbooking myself into burnout
-excuses
- toxic energy (in any form)
- caring what people think of me
- ending my days exhausted
