Liane will open with a grounding meditation along with singing bowls, then we dance, and Silent Sauna or Singing Bowl Sauna! Sauna till sunset! This is a great value ($30) and very special experience. We hope you can join us! I am bringing my 7 year old.

Sunday May 18th, 4-6pm, Heart Song Sing Along. We will guide you in fun, easy singing and swinging. Suggested donation $25.
