WOW! This is what we are taking about!!!

Last night's amazing sunset

Friday brought one of those evenings here in northwestern Vermont where you could just tell sunset had something special in store. Thunderstorms passed through earlier in the day, and clouds lingered as nightfall approached, but the horizon above New York's Adirondack Mountains west of Lake Champlain boasted enough of a gap for the sun to shine through and ignite the sky in a fiery embrace. This image is looking almost due north toward the far corner of Malletts Bay in Colchester and Milton a couple minutes after sunset. I'll share more photos and some video of this magnificent evening soon, so stay tuned!

We’ve got Berry great news! With this heat wave 🥵 our berries are ripening soooo fast! We have oodles of berries coming in from the fields!

To keep up with the berries we will be opening BOTH our Essex and Colchester locations tomorrow (surprise to our Colchester folks- we originally thought Monday but today’s weather shifted that!)! We will be open 7am-7pm until strawberry picking starts, then we will adjust to full hours (7am-8pm). We expect PYO to be about another week out.

We will have strawberries, lettuce, radishes, scallions, and even some book choy coming in! Come on out and grab some berries! We can’t wait to see you!

We’re celebrating Vermont in Bloom: Lilac Festival — a spa celebration inspired by lilac season, handmade bath salts, seasonal body butters, floral aromatherapy, and the feeling of beginning again.

Lilac season is brief in Vermont, which is part of what makes it so magical. We’re turning that fleeting beauty into limited-edition spa rituals, gift sets, and little moments of renewal all month long.
