Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require a 24 Hour notice for all appointment cancellations. A service fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied to your next scheduled appointment if you did not cancel within that timeframe. No-show appointments will be required to pay a service fee of 100% of the service originally scheduled and have a credit card put on file or make a deposit before another appointment can be scheduled. A no-show appointment is considered someone who is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment without notifying their stylist prior to or someone who simply does not show up at all for a scheduled appointment. If a customer is habitual with no show appointments, the stylist reserves the right to not reschedule again. Payments

Your stylist reserves the right to ask for a deposit prior to any service. These deposits will be applied to the remaining balance due after your service is complete. If insufficient funds are an issue after the service has been completed, and the payment hasn't been settled in the agreed upon time with your stylist, we reserve the right to file a "Theft of Service" report with the local police department.
