Been a while since I've posted anything here, but figure this is pretty solid news to share. and I have done a lot of cool s**t in the last few years. We got engaged, traveled A LOT, moved to Vermont, got married, bought our first home, went hiking and 🏂 a few times 😁, and now for the biggest move of all, we're going to be PARENTS!! Wow! 🤯😃

I want to thank Kristen for being the most INCREDIBLE partner. I couldn't have even imagined that I would be so fortunate to live this life with someone like this. I ❤️ you, Boo! I'm so grateful for you and I'm super stoked to be cool parents with you.

Shootout to my client Carrie!! She hit and exceeded her goal time for a 5 mile run this weekend. Her goal was 55 minutes. I told her she could do it in 52. At first she doubted that, but came to win. She pushed and came out with a 51:15.🏃‍♀️👏
SUUUPER proud of her!! Her family even brought her flowers at the end of that run because they were proud of her too! 😀😂

I love how after we started working on strength training , she saw changes and gains in other areas of her life, she has fallen in LOVE with training and fitness. She has REALLY fallen in love with being active and seeing what her mind and body can do for her.
