My goal and assignment as a successful hairstylist is to inspire, motivate and, encourage other up and coming hairstylist that they too can successfully own an upscale salon. I plan to train, equip, educate and empower the style teams that come on board to take beauty to another level starting with themselves FIRST! Through many years, of trial and error of being a salon owner, making mistakes, getting off focus, getting behind in bills, and wanting to throw the towel in and catch it on fire, has actually catapulted me into this purpose driven life and I am determined and fully persuaded not to stop until I get to the top!! with several successful locations that will be duplicated by a simple model that will be easy to follow and with the right accountability will be foolproof. I believe that with every location setting a standard of excellence, treating others as they would like to be treated, walking in love, we will be successful by default… I also believe implementing those principles in my business thus far is the reason why I am about to embrace my 7th year of salon ownership, which is the number of completion. NOW I’m ready for my new beginning year number 8, where I will supernaturally, with the Lords help and a dynamic corporate team, duplicate and multiply other businesses that shall do greater works!
