We would like to officially welcome Madison Nelms to our salon family. Madison has been an intern here at the salon for over a year now and is officially here full time now, she is accepting new clients and is available by appointment or for walk-ins. Over the past year she has been a true asset to me at the salon, from doing my dirty work…washing my color bowls, sweeping up hair, running my errands and helping keep me straight on a daily basis. She has watched us work, asked questions and learned so much. I am extremely proud of her and all of her hard work. We are excited to have her here in the salon with us and to help her grow her business ❤️

To all of our valued clients, We would like to thank you for the support you have shown our stylists here at Jenn & Co. Your loyalty, kindness and support is what allows us to continue to have a career that we all truly love. With that being said, I feel that there are a few issues that need to be addressed in order for us all to continue to provide the quality service that you all truly deserve.
Unfortunately we all have seen an increase in last minute cancellations and No Show appointments. This not only affects us as stylists but also our clients that would have loved to have that appointment time.
The Salon has decided to implement a Cancellation and No Show Policy, and a Salon Service Deposit for certain services. We kindly request that a minimum of 24-48 hours notice is made if an appointment needs to be cancelled. Cancellations made with less that 24 hours notice are subject, at the stylists discretion, to a 50% fee of the cost of the scheduled service before any future services can be booked, this applies to No Shows appointments also.
We understand the emergency situations do occur, if you have an unforeseen emergency, please contact your stylist directly and the appropriate measures will be taken.
Salon Deposits: Some salon services will now require a 50% deposit. Your stylist will let you know at the time of booking if this is required. The deposit will be applied to your service total. If you reschedule or cancel any appointment that requires a deposit with at least 48 hours notice , your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or No Shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
We hope that everyone understands and respects the fact that this is how our stylists provide for their families and pay their bills. Thank you again for continuing to support us.

Thank you to everyone for the calls and text messages checking on us and the salon . Considering the pictures I saw last night of Chapelhill Rd and Tucker St, I was worried about how the salon was going to be when I got there this morning. It’s not as bad as I had expected. They are currently working to get everything cleaned up so we can open tomorrow. We were very lucky, please Keep everyone affected by the floods in your prayers, there are many that were not as lucky as we were.
