This is a thoughtful update to our Botanical Moisture Balm, guided by how the skin responds over time.
We introduced a small, carefully balanced blend of Mediterranean-sourced Helichrysum italicum, rare Hawaiian Sandalwood, and Roman Chamomile to further support skin comfort, resilience, and balance—especially for sensitive, easily stressed skin.
The blend adds a subtle, grounding aromatic presence while preserving the balm’s original barrier-supporting purpose.

but what’s inside tells a very different story.
Most conventional sunflower oil is high in linoleic acid, a fragile omega-6 fatty acid that oxidizes easily when exposed to heat, light, or air.
Oxidation leads to instability—
and instability can compromise both shelf life and skin comfort.
Why we chose high-oleic sunflower oil
High-oleic sunflower oil is naturally richer in oleic acid (omega-9)—the same skin-supportive fatty acid found in olive oil and in our own skin’s lipid barrier.
