First, I hope y’all had a great Christmas and New Year. I can’t believe it’s already 2022! A special thank you to all of my wonderful clients for the continued support over the years. I couldn’t have done it with out all of you.
As you know, 2020 and 2021 were very difficult for everyone and I don’t see much of a relief any time soon. And like so many other small businesses, mine has been greatly impacted. The ongoing supply issues have made it hard for me to get products that I need to meet the needs of my clients as well as increases on my product costs. With this being said, starting Feb 1, there will be a price increase on most of my services. If you have questions about your service, feel free to message me.

In addition, starting Feb 1, I will be implementing a new line item on Credit Card transactions. I love being able to offer multiple payment options but credit card fees on my end have increased tremendously. There will now be a 5% convenience fee on card transactions. You can still pay cash or check for your services.

Also, with changes in my personal life outside of the salon, I am adjusting salon hours so I can spend more quality time with my family. My hours will be:
Tuesdays 9-11:30, 3:30-6
Wednesdays 9:15-11:30
Fridays 9:00-4:00
Saturdays 10-2
I am going to do the best I can to accommodate each and every one of you but if for some reason I am unable to, I will be more than happy to recommend another stylist for you.

Lastly, I just want to reiterate my No-show/Cancellation policy. If you are not able to make it to your appointment, please kindly give 24 hour notice. With my limited schedule, there is more of a demand for appointment times for clients. If you don’t plan to come to your appointment, please don’t schedule one.

Also, in regards to the online booking…several of you have messaged me about scheduling online. I have had to turn the link off due to people scheduling multiple appointments at one time to hold spots only to cancel at the last minute. Therefore, I will be turning it back on but will only approve 1 appointment per client at a time.
