believe God put all the pieces into place to make this possible for me. I am so humbled and honored to be able to serve the people of Alamance and surrounding counties in their journey for wellness and self-care! The name of my business is representative of the journey I have been on in my life. The phoenix represents the numerous times I have overcome hard times and from the ashes of my life God has created something beautiful time and time again. I have entered single motherhood, and I could not think of a better name to give the daughter who brought me all softness, joy, and resilience I didn't have before. So I had to include my little bird in my business name! I have been thrown under the currents of life time and time again. I have experienced unimaginable grief, loss, tragedy, and hard times. In the midst of it all, with regular massage treatment, I found and fell in love with massage therapy. I found my body was feeling less physical pain. I found my mind was clearer and I was able to rest more. I felt less emotional turmoil. And yes, I encountered God speaking to me on the table. I wish I could find the therapist who helped me through some of the darkest moments in my life and thank him. But for now, my goal is to "pay it forward." I offer personalized massage and bodywork sessions to those seeking a space to allow their bodies and minds to rest and heal.
