Refresh Bar IV

Functional health is about asking why, not just what.

We look at the full picture: your symptoms, history, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, hormones, metabolic health, goals, and comprehensive labs to understand how those pieces connect.

Because two people can have the same symptoms and need completely different approaches.

Our goal isn’t to hand you a one-size-fits-all plan or simply tell you what to take. It’s to connect the dots and create a plan built around YOU.

✨ Understand the why
✨ Look beyond “normal” lab ranges
✨ Identify patterns & contributing factors
✨ Create a personalized plan for your goals

This is functional health at Refresh Bar.

✨ Your health deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our 1:1 Functional Health Consultation goes beyond a traditional wellness visit. You’ll meet one-on-one to take a deeper look at your health history, lifestyle, symptoms, goals, and overall wellness.

Your consultation includes a comprehensive Functional Lab Panel, giving us valuable insight into what’s happening beneath the surface and helping us build a personalized plan based on your needs.

From energy and nutrition to weight management, hormones, gut health, and overall wellness—we’re taking a whole-person approach to your health.

Before recommending a supplement, we look at your symptoms, your labs, your goals, and what you’re already taking, because there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach.

The goal isn’t to add more supplements to your routine. It’s to figure out what actually makes sense for you.

So grateful for this crew and everything we’re building together at Refresh Bar🩺💉

So grateful to be featured in the September issue of Clarendon Hills Living Magazine 🤍

What started as a small IV spa has grown into so much more. Today, Refresh Bar is a functional wellness clinic focused on looking beyond the surface and creating personalized care for the whole person.

This feature means so much to us because it highlights not only what we do, but why we do it. We have created a space where people feel heard, understood, and confident in their health journey.

A huge thank you to Clarendon Hills Living for sharing our story and to everyone who has supported Refresh Bar along the way. We’re so excited for what’s ahead!
