Let’s talk about “lived-in” in color for a minute…

The whole point of doing a “lived-in” hair color,
is the reduced maintenance appointments in between.

A truly beautiful lived in color doesn’t just look great when you leave the salon,
but should still be pretty as it fades
(if your color or toners are fading 3 to 4 weeks later, what’s the point, right?)

Here, I’m showing you my clients “BEFORE” picture.
We use a Demi permanent to cover her gray hair, which not only has a softer regrowth line,
but allows us to use her gray hair as a beautiful natural looking highlight.

We added a minimal amount mini-keratin bonded extension pieces,
(these are smaller than the traditional keratin hair extension bonds)
and I focused mainly on the sides of her hair where it tends to be a bit thinner.

The result is, fuller, thicker looking hair,
that moves exactly like your own natural hair, and the extensions are virtually invisible.
Though the hair is (generally) not reusable, (but sometimes is), you don’t have to come in for maintenance appointments for several weeks, sometimes months.
