🆘ATTENTION 🆘

We have been having a lot of no call no shows! When you book an appointment on Vagaro it states that if you no call no show you will be charged. When clients no call no show that takes away a spot for someone that can actually be here and I don’t make money. I have clients that want and need haircuts. PLEASE if you can not make you’re appointment call or text 24 hours in advance or as soon as you know you can’t make it! Moving forward if you no call no show you will be charged for the service that was booked before you can get a haircut! If you no call no show 3 times you will be blocked from booking. As a small business owner it is extremely difficult when we have no show appointments. I greatly appreciate your understanding this policy change.
