Mighty Microgreens Butte, MT

Thanks for the crazy hair Sugar Beet Row at the Butte Farmers Market! What a wonderful season this year! Ps. I’ll eat it, but for now it’s hair 😀

We’ve got a small harvest this week because I’ve been experimenting!! Introducing the confetti mix—A mix of chard, radish, sunflower, and peas! This is my first foray into color and I am IN LOVE. I hope to see you at the market tomorrow :-)

Few shares left! Anyone need a blue pumpkin in your life? This is the spot to get one :-)

The seedlings aren’t ready for today’s market, but everything is planted for next week (Saturday September 28th)!

Thank you all for your support this market season- I’ll be at this Saturday’s market (September 14) with lots of sunflowers & pea shoots! Stop by and say hello!

Radish microgreens on a tuna salad sandwich! I promise what seems spicy on its own is just plain delicious tucked in a sandwich :-) also featured- carrots (Rocky Mountain produce) and cherries (Ramrock Orchard) from the western Montana growers cooperative!

Did you know goldfish make wonderful salad toppings? Think of them like small cheesy croutons!
