This is so important ! Not all TALLOW is the same!

When you order mashed potatoes at a restaurant only to get instant mashed potatoes…..well, thats not the same as real….but both are called mashed potatoes.

If you buy a wood bookcase and go pick it up only to see it made of particle board….not the same as real…..but both are called a wood bookcase.

See where I’m going!

Wherever you get your tallow products, ask the questions:

-Do you render your fat yourself or buy tallow already made?
-Do you buy locally or somewhere like Amazon, in a big tub?
-Do you use trim fat (outer, softer fat from around the muscles) or suet ( nutritious dense fat from around the kidneys)?

The answers will make a difference in your final product….I see Tallow makers popping up everywhere….no matter who you get it from….make sure you get it from someone who goes through the process, personally!

Lily Lane drives to a Forsyth cattle ranch and buys the suet fat, right after the pasture-raised, grass fed & finished cow is processed, onsite. I then render it into Tallow, myself. Same with the Olive oil….my Dad is an olive farmer. My Olive oil comes straight from him, to my house. Same with my Honey and Beeswax…both locally sourced…and pure. My Emu oil even comes from Georgia!

I know with 100% certainty that my Tallow, Olive oil, Honey, Beeswax and Emu oil are as pure and natural as possible……I chose to do things this way….and my promise is to bring these things to you, as well!
