There've been a lot of changes at Healing Hands over the past few weeks, so I thought i'd catch you up. The biggest one is that Justin Parsons has moved on to build something of his own. He has incredible dreams and goals and I can't wait to cheer him on as he continues to succeed in everything he does.

With this development, I also made the hard decision to close the Sherwood location, leaving room for an up and coming sports massage therapist to support and work with the staff at AR Refresh Wellness in Sherwood.

Honestly, it's been hard. It's felt like a loss. There have been a lot of tears, uncertainty and doubts. However, it's also felt like something else. Almost a kind of pruning back to what matters most to me as a business owner and just as importantly, as a massage therapist.

It's just me and the amazing Lauren Haley for now. Smaller, yes. But steadier. More present. More me than this business has felt in a long time.

So, this is me going back to my roots; literally and figuratively. The same hands, same care and same commitment to your healing journey. Maybe a little more grounded this time though.
